Being a professional at his career he has an uncanny ability at being able to take on the personal stresses of a large financial transaction and somewhat stressful process; and turning this process into a memorable experience and not a task for his clients.
A resident of Indian Land and homeowner himself, he has made it his business to know the ins and outs of real estate pertaining to our market as well as being able to transition this expertise into being an advocate for his clients.
Originally from Fort Wayne Indiana and a graduating from Ball State University, Jon moved to NC around the time he started real estate and realized 2 things upon his move here to the south:
1. College prepares you for your career- but can’t teach you a passion for people. His empathy and drive to help others is what he has attributed his career success to over the years.
2. He truly fell in love with the city, and in turn decided real estate was the path for him to take along the way. As the city grew, so did Jon’s career focus and working with sellers and buyers alike along the way are his focus.
